Sage Restaurant, The Gardens Residences, KL
Sage, a stunning contemporary Italian styled restaurant and wine bar radiates the freshness of natural ingredients from its authentic cuisine right to the interior of the restaurant. Instating an open entrance promotes a friendly and welcoming feel to the restaurant. It also provides an appealing preview into the restaurant.

A circular wine cellar adjacent to the entrance and an extension glass room cellar offers one of the finest selections of internationally acclaimed wines. The entrance hall initiates the feeling of walking into an exclusive wine cellar leading to one of the best gastronomic adventure.

Just beside the circular wine cellar at the main entrance are two private function rooms equipped with a great view overlooking an exclusive garden. One of the rooms has direct access to an open deck which leads to the private garden.

Moving towards a Maitre’d counter, guest are greeted by an additional enclosed glass liquor shelving which rises to the timber ceiling strips from the beige floor surface. This unique shelving provides a partition to the high seated bar and cocktail lounge situated directly behind; directing guest further into the main dining room.

A careful selection of white furnishing and fabric together with a playful combination of bright lights were used all through the restaurant; to bring out the colours of fresh herbs and gourmet ingredients in Italian cuisine as well as creating a depth of field to the interior spaces.

The massive square kitchen stove ventilator located just above the chef’s table is camouflage to form a decorative white reflective fixture blending smoothly into the restaurant ambience.
