Pavilion Kuala Lumpur is a RM3 billion mixed development project consisting of a mall with nett lettable area of 1.37 million square feet spread over 7 retail levels with approximately 450 retail shops. Designed with a unique feature of multiple ground floors which facilitates an even distribution of shopping traffic from all directions.
Pavilion Kuala Lumpur has clearly positioned itself as "the defining retail authority in the region" promising leadership in the fashion, F&B and urban leisure retail environment. Located in the Bukit Bintang precinct in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's city, it has emerged as the main shopping, entertainment and tourism district of Kuala Lumpur.
The scope involved developing a way-finding signage and environmental graphics system that set off Pavilion's brand positioning as a world class shopping haven.
