A sense of anticipation awaits visitors walking up the covered timber pathway leading to the main entrance. Allowing visitors feel 'connected' with the outdoors once they are inside; water features and landscapes greet you throughout.
Inside the gallery contains the marketing exhibits of SDB's up-and-coming Ameera condominium project, a low wall provides a separation for security and privacy and features a meeting room as well as a café at the rear.
Apertures of light streaming into the showrooms, sales rooms, office, café bar, crèche and toilets are evident via large glass wall panels and metal louvres act as sunshades, diffusing and creating an arresting play of shadows on the floors and walls.
Complementing the overall architecture, the interior impresses with a range of materials such as terrazzo flooring, cast in-situ concrete faced wall, aluminium strip ceiling of various sizes and timber floor blending in with furnishings to warm up the space.
