After diversifying into other areas of business, SDB is now focused on property activities – property management and leasing, hotel and most recently property development.

The refurbishment works to the SDB’s corporate office were necessary to reflect its rebranding and corporate identity.

At first visual point, a dark mirror gallery wall showcasing the SDB’s property projects and white wall exhibiting the accolades greet you as you exit the lift.

We have taken a direction to create a modern and contemporary feel reflecting its new corporate image, but yet not forgetting its rich heritage. This element was done with a modern twist, using modern material of pewter tiles to showcase its mining heritage.

Open work settings promoted a friendly, communal, relaxed and efficient use of real estate environment. High coffee tables and plenty of informal discussion areas contributed to the non-intimidating work culture. Boundaries were further blurred by injection of glass walls done in landscaping images.
